The cloud forest is located along the Cordilera de Tilaran within the Puntarenas and Alajueta Provinces which is 3.6 miles of

The best way to travel:

    The Route from San jose to Santa Eiena is offered by Transmonteverde bus services from the bus station in San jose down town at terminal 7 -10.Buses heading to reserve forest leave from the Banco National in Santa Eiena at regular timings and at regular intervals at 6:15 AM,7:20 AM,1:15 AM ant the return buses leaves at 11:30 AM,2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.It is the paved road (But Enjoyable roads to travel) and takes around 1.5 hours (depending upon the traffic)then you will turn right onto route 606 Costa Rica ,the route to Monteverde via Sardinal.There are of plenty of signs for Sardinal and Monteverde so you know you are going the right way.

       1.Hanging Bridges In The Monteverde Cloud Forest:

  

                     The Hanging brige decidely the high point of hiking in the seivature National park.The two miles hike passes over eight hanging bridges with just enough sway in them to give a bit of exhilaration.The views from the tree canopt to the first floor are spectacular. The trail extend for slightly over a mile and a half (2.5Km),making the tour extremly fessible for anyone in moderate shape.
