                      Chikaldara is more than a mere fragmentation of mythological fantasies. During the month of March to Mid June, the climate is warm during the day and cool in the evenings. Chikhaldara has no airport or railway station. Nearest Airport: Nagpur which is 230 Kms. Nearest Railway Station. There are many roadways by which we can reach this attractive place. Chikhaldara is well connected to major cities in Maharashtra.
                             The nearest cities to reach Chikhaldara are Amravati and Akola.
 Chikhaldara is a renowned tourist place in Vidarbha place, on a plateau in Amravati district of Maharashtra, which is a state of Indian Subcontinent.
The nearest airport is Akola (150 km). The nearest railway station from Chikhaldara is Badnera (110 km) on the Central Railway branch line. Chikhaldara is 100 km from Amravati, which is accessible by regular State Transport buses. It is also well connected to Nagpur, Wardha, Akola and other major cities of the state by road.

                      Temperatures can reach as high as 31℃ (88℉) on the hottest days in summer. The weather in the winter, especially around February, can reach a minimum of 22℃ (72℉). If you want to get the most out of your time visiting Chikhaldara, or you’re just afraid of the dark, the days in June are usually the longest between sunrise and sunset. The wet season in Chikhaldara falls around September, so if you prefer the dryer weather, you should look to visit in January instead.

                               Devi Point is a tourist point in Chikhaldara. It is only 1.5 km away from chikhaldara. There is a temple in this point where locals often visit either to pray or for sightseeing and enjoying some personal time with friends and family. The Devi Point is one such location on the Chikaldhara hill station. Around 86 kilo metres from the Amravati town, Devi Point is the place from where river Chandrabhaga originates and flows amidst the rocky ranges.
                              
The all encompassing perspective offered from the highest point of the slope is the picture taker's heaven. For the recreation guest, nearly the whole day can be spent simply sitting in the hypnotizing isolation of the nature. The timings is from sunrise to the sunset. The place gives a beautiful naturally build underground temple inside the caves and manfient view of Gwaligarh Fort from this point.
